Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer nationwide delivery across the UK! All orders are carefully packaged and shipped via Royal Mail. Delivery is calculated at checkout when ordering through our website.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days.
This allows time for your pram to be cleaned, prepared and securely packaged before dispatch.
Can I collect instead?
Yes! Collection is available from Liverpool. Please get in touch if you would prefer to collect.
Do you check the prams?
Yes, every pram is visually checked before being listed.
Are the prams new?
No, our prams are preloved! We carefully select each one and restore fabrics to an excellent condition. As they are not brand new, cosmetic wear (such as scratches to the chassis) may be present.
Can I see more before buying?
Of course! We’re happy to provide a full video walkaround of any pram, highlighting condition and features so that you can feel confident before purchasing.
Can I view or test a pram?
Yes, viewings are welcome for collection orders. You’re welcome to see the pram in person and have a look over it before taking it home.
Do you offer returns?
As all prams are preloved, we do not offer returns. All sales are final.
However, we are always happy to provide detailed descriptions, photos and a full video walkaround before purchase so you can feel confident in your decision.
Do you include car seats?
Some of our prams include car seats, if sold to us as part of a bundle.
However, we always recommend purchasing a new car sear where possible, as we cannot verify the full history of preloved car seats.
How are prams packaged for delivery?
All prams are carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure they arrive safely and in the condition described.
Can you source specific prams?
Yes! We’re always sourcing new stock. If you’re looking for something specific, feel free to message us and we’ll keep an eye out for you.
Do you buy prams?
Yes, we may be interested in buying preloved prams depending on brand and condition.
