Products
All items sold are preloved unless stated otherwise. While we clean and prepare each pram, some light cosmetic wear (such as scratches to the chassis) may be present. We aim to describe all items as accurately as possible.
Orders & Payment
All orders must be completed through our website. Payment must be made in full at checkout. We offer secure payment options, including Klarna.
Reservations
We may offer short-term reservations at our discretion. Items are not secured until payment has been made.
Delivery
We offer UK-wide delivery. Delivery times are typically 3–5 working days. Please refer to our Delivery Policy for full details.
Collection
Collection is available from Liverpool. Once your order is ready, we will arrange a suitable collection time.
Liability
We are not responsible for any misuse of products after purchase. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product is used correctly and safely.
Ownership
All goods remain the property of Emilia’s Baby Store until full payment has been received.
